- 100 g cheddar
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200 g mushrooms
- 125 g baby spinach
- 8 pcs tortillas
- 100 g mozzarella
- 1 handful parsley
- pepper
- salt
🍲 Preparation
- Preheat the over to 180 °C. Grate the cheddar cheese.
- In a pan on 3 tbsp of hot oil, fry the ground garlic and salted sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from fire and stir in spinach.
- Coat the tortillas with the remaining oil and place them smeared side down on a baking paper. Cover each tortilla half with spinach, cheese, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Flip over the other half of the tortilla and bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 5 minutes from the other side.
