📜 Ingredients for 4

  • 100 g cheddar
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 125 g baby spinach
  • 8 pcs tortillas
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 1 handful parsley
  • pepper
  • salt

🍲 Preparation

  1. Preheat the over to 180 °C. Grate the cheddar cheese.
  2. In a pan on 3 tbsp of hot oil, fry the ground garlic and salted sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from fire and stir in spinach.
  3. Coat the tortillas with the remaining oil and place them smeared side down on a baking paper. Cover each tortilla half with spinach, cheese, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Flip over the other half of the tortilla and bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 5 minutes from the other side.
