Sauerkraut soup with smoked meat and plums

Ingredients for 6
| 1 kg | kysané zelí |
| 3 | cibule |
| 500 g | uzené maso |
| 200 g | sušené švestky |
| 200 g | sušené fazole (optional) |
| 500 g | brambory (optional) |
| 2 tbsp | sladká paprika (v prášku) |
| 1 tsp | pálivá paprika (v prášku) |
| 6 | pc bobkový list |
| 12 | pc nové koření |
| 24 | pc pepř celý |
Preparation
- (opt) Put beans in cold water (overnight) then boil separately, add whenever ready
- (opt) Boil potatoes separately, add when the soup is ready
- Chop & fry onions in a large bowl
- Add hot water
- Add sauerkraut, spices, smoked meat
- Boil for a long time
- Add pulms 20 minutes before serving
