📜 Ingredients for 6

  • 1 kg kysané zelí
  • 3 cibule
  • 500 g uzené maso
  • 200 g sušené švestky
  • 200 g sušené fazole (optional)
  • 500 g brambory (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sladká paprika (v prášku)
  • 1 tsp pálivá paprika (v prášku)
  • 6 pc bobkový list
  • 12 pc nové koření
  • 24 pc pepř celý

🍲 Preparation

  1. (opt) Put beans in cold water (overnight) then boil separately, add whenever ready
  2. (opt) Boil potatoes separately, add when the soup is ready
  3. Chop & fry onions in a large bowl
  4. Add hot water
  5. Add sauerkraut, spices, smoked meat
  6. Boil for a long time
  7. Add pulms 20 minutes before serving
