Ingredients for 10
| 200 g | flour |
| 150 g | flour (corn, buckwheat) |
| 30 g | cane sugar |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 1 tsp | lemon zest |
| 100 g | butter |
| 100 ml | milk |
Preparation
Dough
- Mix everything by hand (so butter will melt slowly) until smooth.
- Let rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven on 180.
- Bake with fruits on top or put the fruits with some sugar first on the baking sheet and then cover with the dough.
Tips
For an apple pie use 4-6 apples. Bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile whisk an egg, 1 Tbsp sugar and some milk together. Pour over the pie. Bake for 15 minutes.
For a reverse apple pie use 4 apples. Distribute some sugar directly on the baking sheet. Distribute the sliced apples. Cover with the dough, be careful to close the edges, add holes on top with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes.
To replace 100 g of butter with coconut oil, use 85 g of coconut oil and 15 g of water.
For a baking tray of 33x40 cm, use 10 servings (with 200 g of flour). For a round baking tray with a diameter of 32 cm, use 7 servings (with 140 g of flour).
