📜 Ingredients for 4

  • 100 g cashew paste
  • 2 tbsp misopaste or vegetable paste
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil (or a different oil)
  • 200 ml dry white wine or apple juice (not orange juice!)
  • 50 ml apple vinegar
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (1 tbsp = 10 g)
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt

🍲 Preparation

  1. Purée everything and bring to a boil.
  2. Eat with bread, potatos or pears. Enjoy a yummy vegan fondue!

Can also be used as a mozzarella suptitute, for two persons, use 1 serving (with 50g cashew paste). Add about 10 minutes before the end of the pizza baking.
