📜 Ingredients for ➖ 4 ➕
- 100 g cashew paste
- 2 tbsp misopaste or vegetable paste
- 4 tbsp coconut oil (or a different oil)
- 200 ml dry white wine or apple juice (not orange juice!)
- 50 ml apple vinegar
- 100 ml water
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (1 tbsp = 10 g)
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
🍲 Preparation
- Purée everything and bring to a boil.
- Eat with bread, potatos or pears. Enjoy a yummy vegan fondue!
Can also be used as a mozzarella suptitute, for two persons, use 1 serving (with 50g cashew paste). Add about 10 minutes before the end of the pizza baking.
