Ingredients for 4
| 100 g | cashew paste |
| 2 tbsp | misopaste or vegetable paste |
| 4 tbsp | coconut oil (or a different oil) |
| 200 ml | dry white wine or apple juice (not orange juice!) |
| 50 ml | apple vinegar |
| 100 ml | water |
| 3 tbsp | nutritional yeast flakes (1 tbsp = 10 g) |
| 1 tbsp | corn starch |
| 1 pinch | turmeric |
| 1 tsp | salt |
Preparation
- Purée everything and bring to a boil.
- Eat with bread, potatos or pears. Enjoy a yummy vegan fondue!
Can also be used as a mozzarella suptitute, for two persons, use 1 serving (with 50g cashew paste). Add about 10 minutes before the end of the pizza baking.
