📜 Ingredients for 4

  • 250 g chicken or tofu

Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5 clove garlic (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp honey or birnel
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 cm fresh ginger
  • 0.5 red chilli (optional)

Sauce

  • 2.5 dl coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5 clove garlic (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp honey or birnel

Topping

  • 60 g salted peanuts (crushed)

🍲 Preparation

  1. Prepare the marinade and the sauce at the same time, since the ingredients are very similar.
  2. Marinate the meat for as long as you can, idealy over night.
  3. Prepare rice to accompany the meal.
  4. Cook the sauce for 10 minutes on low heat.
  5. Fry the marinated chicken on low heat, so the marinade won't burn.
  6. Don't forget the peanuts, sprinkle them over the dish.
