Ingredients for 4

400 g pasta
10 g butter
2 clove of garlic
520 g Philadelphia
2 dl milk and cream
1 tsp lemon juice
pepper and salt
1 package artichoke
300 g spinach
100 g parmesan

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. In a separate pan, melt the butter.
  3. Add the garlic, fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the other ingredients, bring to a boil.
  5. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve.
