Ingredients for 4
| 400 g | pasta |
| 10 g | butter |
| 2 clove | of garlic |
| 520 g | Philadelphia |
| 2 dl | milk and cream |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| pepper and salt | |
| 1 package | artichoke |
| 300 g | spinach |
| 100 g | parmesan |
Preparation
- Cook the pasta.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter.
- Add the garlic, fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the other ingredients, bring to a boil.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve.
