Dough ingredients |

| 2 cup | flour (fine) |
| 0.5 cup | sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 0.3 cup | vegetable oil |
| 2 tsp | cocoa |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 cup | milk |
| 1 bag | vanilla sugar |
| 1 bag | baking powder |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| some | sour jam |
Extras |

| almonds | |
| walnuts | |
| ginger | |
| pepper | |
Preparation
- Mix all powder ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add eggs and oil
- Add milk and mix dough (adding more milk if needed).
- Add extras if desired and then pour dough into baking sheet.
- Bake for ~30 mins at ~210 °C (or until the inside doesn't stick).
- Cut in half horizontally, spread a generous amount of jam between the halves and then re-assemble.
