Ingredients for 8

Dough ingredients

2 cup flour (fine)
0.5 cup sugar
2 eggs
0.3 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk
1 bag vanilla sugar
1 bag baking powder
1 pinch salt
some sour jam

Extras

raisins
almonds
walnuts
ginger
pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all powder ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs and oil
  3. Add milk and mix dough (adding more milk if needed).
  4. Add extras if desired and then pour dough into baking sheet.
  5. Bake for ~30 mins at ~210 °C (or until the inside doesn't stick).
  6. Cut in half horizontally, spread a generous amount of jam between the halves and then re-assemble.
