Ingredients for 2

2 cup flour
2.5 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
2 egg
1.25 cup milk
2 tbsp butter (melted)

Preparation

Dough

  1. Mix milk and eggs in a bowl
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in an other bowl
  3. Mix both bowls together
  4. Add melted butter and stir

Frying

  1. Preheat frying pan
  2. Pour dough slowly into pan till your pancake reaches the desired size
  3. Turn when bubbly
  4. Fry on both sides till brown
  5. Enjoy

Tips

Nice toppings are:

  • Ham, cheese and maple sirup
  • Honey
  • Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream
  • Wipped cream with maple sirup

  • Replace the eggs with 60 g of apple sauce per egg. Use plant based options for milk and butter.
